CZOP Meets National Planning Commission to Advocate for Child-Centered Planning

January 1, 2026. A delegation led by CZOP Chairperson Mr. Tilottam Paudel met with the Honorable Vice-Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Dr. Prakash Kumar Shrestha, to advocate for the integration of child-centered programs and policies in upcoming national development plans.

During the meeting, CZOP urged the Commission to prioritize children’s rights, protection, and development across all sectors. The discussion underscored the importance of allocating adequate resources and adopting a long-term vision to ensure the well-being of children throughout Nepal.
