२० वर्षभन्दा पहिले विवाह गरेमा किशोरको किशोरीको यौन तथा प्रजनन स्वास्थ्यमा नकरात्मक असर पर्दछ तसर्थ बिहेवारी २० वर्ष पारी गरौं !!! प्रत्येक बालबालिकालाई आफ्नो पहिचान सहित नामाकरण र जन्मदर्ताको हक हुनेछ तसर्थ बच्चाको जन्म भएको पैंतीस दिनभित्र आफू स्थायी बसोबास गरेको गाउँ नगर पालिकाको वडा कार्यालयमा गई बालबालिकाको जन्म दर्ता गरौं !!! प्रत्येक बालबालिकालाई परिवार तथा राज्यबाट शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य पालनपोषण, उचित स्याहार, खेलकुद मनोरञ्जन तथा सर्वाङ्गीण व्यक्तित्व विकासको हक हुनेछ, तसर्थ बालबालिकाको सर्वाङ्गीण विकासका लागि अभिभावक र राज्यको भूमिका बढाउ !!! बालबालिका सम्बन्धी ऐन 2075 को.दफा 63 मा प्रत्येक स्थानीय तहमा बालबालिकालाई तत्काल उद्धार, राहत र पुनःस्थापना गर्न तथा क्षतिपूर्ति प्रदान गर्ने काममा समेत का लागि बाल कोषको व्यवस्था गर्नुपर्दछ भन्ने उल्लेख गरिएको ६, बाल कोषको स्थापना गरी बालबालिका सम्बन्धी ऐन 2075 को पालनामा सहयोग गरौं !!! बालबालिका सम्बन्धी ऐन 2075 को दफा ६१ बमोजिम प्रत्येक स्थानीय तहमा बालबालिकाको अधिकारको सम्मान, संरक्षण र सम्बर्द्धन तथा बाल संरक्षण कार्यसमेत गर्नको लागि बालकल्याण अधिकारी नियुक्त गर्नु पर्दछ तसर्थ बालकल्याण अधिकारी नियुक्त गर्नुभएका स्थानीय तहहरुलाई धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दै अन्य स्थानीय तहहरुलाई बालकल्याण अधिकारी.नियुक्ति गर्नका लागि अपिल गर्द !!!

Parliamentary Forum for Child Rights Holds meeting in Kathmandu

The Parliamentary Forum for Child Rights convened successfully in Kathmandu today under the chairpersonship of Forum Coordinator Hon. Sita Rana Magar. The meeting brought together eight members of the Federal Parliament, who are actively engaged in advocating for the rights and well-being of children across the country.
Attending parliamentarians included Hon. Sita Kumari Rana, Hon. Ishwori Gharti Magar, Hon. Ranju Jha, Hon. Kalpana Miya, Hon. Binita Singh, Hon. Shanti Shrestha, Hon. Puspa Bahadur Shah, and Hon. Harka Maya B.K.
The forum, supported and coordinated by CZOP (Children as Zones of Peace National Campaign), serves as a vital platform to raise and address child-related issues within the Parliament and other national forums. During the meeting, participants discussed strategies for amplifying children’s voices and prioritizing child rights in legislative agendas.
A key focus of the meeting was to prepare for orientation sessions aimed at equipping members of newly formed provincial parliamentary forums in all seven provinces with knowledge and perspectives on child rights. CZOP has facilitated the formation of similar forums in all provinces, fostering a united and informed approach to child protection and participation nationwide.
