२० वर्षभन्दा पहिले विवाह गरेमा किशोरको किशोरीको यौन तथा प्रजनन स्वास्थ्यमा नकरात्मक असर पर्दछ तसर्थ बिहेवारी २० वर्ष पारी गरौं !!! प्रत्येक बालबालिकालाई आफ्नो पहिचान सहित नामाकरण र जन्मदर्ताको हक हुनेछ तसर्थ बच्चाको जन्म भएको पैंतीस दिनभित्र आफू स्थायी बसोबास गरेको गाउँ नगर पालिकाको वडा कार्यालयमा गई बालबालिकाको जन्म दर्ता गरौं !!! प्रत्येक बालबालिकालाई परिवार तथा राज्यबाट शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य पालनपोषण, उचित स्याहार, खेलकुद मनोरञ्जन तथा सर्वाङ्गीण व्यक्तित्व विकासको हक हुनेछ, तसर्थ बालबालिकाको सर्वाङ्गीण विकासका लागि अभिभावक र राज्यको भूमिका बढाउ !!! बालबालिका सम्बन्धी ऐन 2075 को.दफा 63 मा प्रत्येक स्थानीय तहमा बालबालिकालाई तत्काल उद्धार, राहत र पुनःस्थापना गर्न तथा क्षतिपूर्ति प्रदान गर्ने काममा समेत का लागि बाल कोषको व्यवस्था गर्नुपर्दछ भन्ने उल्लेख गरिएको ६, बाल कोषको स्थापना गरी बालबालिका सम्बन्धी ऐन 2075 को पालनामा सहयोग गरौं !!! बालबालिका सम्बन्धी ऐन 2075 को दफा ६१ बमोजिम प्रत्येक स्थानीय तहमा बालबालिकाको अधिकारको सम्मान, संरक्षण र सम्बर्द्धन तथा बाल संरक्षण कार्यसमेत गर्नको लागि बालकल्याण अधिकारी नियुक्त गर्नु पर्दछ तसर्थ बालकल्याण अधिकारी नियुक्त गर्नुभएका स्थानीय तहहरुलाई धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दै अन्य स्थानीय तहहरुलाई बालकल्याण अधिकारी.नियुक्ति गर्नका लागि अपिल गर्द !!!

National Dialogue on Strengthening Access to Justice for Survivors of Technology-Based Gender Violence Held in Pulchok

Lalitpur, 19 December 2025 — In the context of the rapid development of information technology and its increasing misuse to target children, adolescents, youth, and women, a National Dialogue on Strengthening Access to Justice for Survivors of Technology-Based Gender Violence was successfully conducted today in Pulchok, Lalitpur.

The dialogue was jointly organized by the Children as Zones of Peace (CZOP) National Campaign and Saathi Organization, aiming to facilitate discussions among stakeholders on the current situation, impacts, prevention measures, and access to justice for victims of technology-based gender violence.

The program was hosted by Mr. Raju Ghimire, General Secretary of CZOP, and the welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Tilottam Paudel, President of CZOP, highlighting the importance of safeguarding digital spaces for children, youth, and women, and strengthening access to justice for survivors.


The event featured a panel of experts from Nepal Police Cyber Beuro, Ministry of Women,Children and Senior Citizens,Intersex activist and Advocate. Also the representatives from the National Child Rights Council, development partners, child rights and women’s rights activists, and other stakeholders. The program brought together more than 100 participants, creating a platform for knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and collaborative problem-solving to address technology-facilitated gender-based violence.

The dialogue emphasized the urgent need for strengthening legal frameworks, promoting awareness on digital safety, and enhancing justice mechanisms for survivors. Participants also discussed strategies to empower children, adolescents, and women to safely navigate digital spaces while ensuring accountability for perpetrators.

Through initiatives like this, CZOP continues to advocate for child and women’s rights, digital safety, and access to justice, reinforcing collective action against technology-based gender violence in Nepal.
